🌸 Before You Order
Please check that my art style suits your request.
I may decline a commission if I’m not comfortable with the idea or if it’s outside my skill set.
You must be 18+ to request NSFW or sexually suggestive artwork.
Please provide visual references (drawings, photos, picrews, etc.). Written descriptions are welcome, but I don’t work from text-only descriptions.
My art style is always evolving, so the final artwork may differ slightly from older examples.
💳 Payment & Queue
A 50% upfront payment is required to start a commission, with the remaining balance due once the sketch is approved.
You may also choose to pay in full upfront if you prefer.
If commissions are currently queued, you don’t need to pay right away. I’ll message you when it’s your turn, and payment will be requested then.
I begin work only after payment is confirmed.All prices include VGen and platform fees.

✏️ Revisions
Up to 2 major changes are included for free at the sketch stage.
Major changes are only possible before the sketch is approved.
Minor edits (simple color changes, light cropping, or simple background tweaks) may be allowed in later stages.
⏳ Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround is 1-6 weeks, depending on complexity and current workload.
Commissions are completed in order of payment.Priority commissions (skipping the queue) are available for an additional +50% fee.
📁 Files & Delivery
You will receive the finished artwork as a digital file only, sent via e-mail or VGen.
File format: PNG
Resolution: 300 DPI
Canvas size: usually 3:4 (2160×2880 px) or 1:1 (2160×2160 px), or another size that best fits the composition.
If you need a specific size (printing, social media, banners, PFPs, videos) or orientation (vertical/square/landscape), please tell me before I start.Color profile: Files are delivered in RGB by default. If you need CMYK for professional printing, please let me know before I begin.
🖊️ Credit & Edits
You may post your commissioned artwork online with credit.
Please do not claim the artwork as your own.
Editing the artwork or removing my signature/watermark is not allowed unless agreed upon in advance.
📜 Rights & Licensing
retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork.
Personal-use commissions may not be used for monetized or commercial purposes.
Monetized, commercial, and full rights buyout licenses are available on VGen.
Use of my artwork for AI, NFTs, or machine learning is strictly prohibited.
🔒 Privacy & Portfolio
I may share commissioned artwork (low-resolution and watermarked) on my portfolio or social media.If you’d like your commission to remain private, a privacy/NDA option is available on VGen.
Alternatively, I can delay posting for up to 1 month for free - just let me know.
💔 Refunds
Once I’ve started working on a commission, refunds are not available, unless I’m unable to complete the artwork due to unexpected circumstances.
🔄 Reuse of Elements
I may reuse poses, themes, or general ideas in future art.
I will never reuse your OCs or unique designs.
⏰ Work Schedule
I don’t work weekends or public holidays.
Turnaround depends on payment order and complexity.

Payment via invoice. Available payment methods: PayPal, Card, Bank Transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, BLIK, Przelewy24 and others depending on your region.
The commissioned art is for personal uses only (ex. wallpaper, printing for yourself (no profits), character reference, gifts, profile pictures and backgrounds, etc.). Using my art for NFT/AI is prohibited.
I may refuse the order if I’m not comfortable or skilled enough to do it.
You must be 18+ to order NSFW/sexually suggestive art.
I need visual references for the artwork (e.g. drawings, photos, picrews). Additional written info is welcome, but I do not work with written descriptions only.
Minimum half payment upfront, the rest after accepted sketch. Full upfront payment is possible as well.
I will not start working on a commission before receiving payment.
Any major changes to an artwork can be done only before accepting the sketch. Minor changes like different color of an object, cropping, background (if simple) are allowed in later stages of work.

Please keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving, so the illustration you receive might be slightly different from the examples.

Hi, I’m Pili — an illustrator and character-focused artist creating emotional, story-driven artwork in both digital and traditional media. I’m passionate about exploring the dynamics between people — romantic, platonic, soft, messy, joyful, or intense — and I put a lot of care into capturing the feelings behind every scene I draw.My inspirations come from the things I love: books, manga, webcomics, Korean dramas, and a whole collection of creative hobbies. When I’m not drawing, I’m usually crocheting, sewing, taking photos, cosplaying, or working on one of my many ongoing DIY projects. These interests naturally slip into my art through colors, poses, atmosphere, and storytelling.I work with both personal and commercial clients, creating illustrations, character art, and visual storytelling pieces. I also run a small online shop where I share prints, stickers, and other merch based on my artwork.
